Zetec S TDCi 110Hp Injectors?

Zetec S TDCi 110Hp Injectors?
Hi all,
New to PassionFord, looked through a few threads and;
I'm looking at getting a MK6 Fiesta Zetec S but the diesel is bit gutless
Seen people having been putting the 110hp injectors from the Focus' in..
Is it a straight swap and then drive it to a place to be re-mapped or do you have to fit them and get it remapped before striking her up?
If I can get some more HP out of the ZS diesel then will definitely be getting one
