Cosworth fuel pump fitting to a RS s2

Anybody know how to fit an escort cosworth fuel pump into a RS turbo s2, I understand you can do it but cannot find how.

As far as iam awair the pumps look identical so fit the same

Escort cosworth pumps are in-tank, all of the s2 pumps i've ever seen have been external? not sure it's possible to be honest, but someone may know different.

After getting a cossy pump I thought it was an in tank one as its got what looks like a filter on the end, the s2 is defo external.
What uprated external pump do people fit?
