Default MK3 Escort Brake Upgrade

Want to beef up the brakes on my 1.1 - soon to be 1.6 or 2.0l - mk3 escort.

Would like to know the best easiest and most readily available front disc and caliper upgrade.

I have seen the guys putting 2.0l Turbos in track cars using cossie sets but I really dont think I need that. But your help and advice as always is appreciated

Cheers

I've got a set of s2 rst calipers you can have for free if you want, you can use rst 263mm discs with them and they will bolt straight on.

ebay or your local motor factors, like unipart or eurocar parts etc.

I will dig them out in my garage, check they are ok then we can look at getting them upto you.

I've got a set of ST170 (300mm discs) along with Mondeo Mk3 calipers on the estate - problem is trying to find wheels that fit over the calipers (16's generally do, some 15's do and some people shave a little off the edge of the caliper allowing them to fit 15's)

My friend has the mondy/st170 set up on his MK4 Fiesta too.
