Default To polybush or not?

hi guys im going to replace all of the rear subframe bushes on my mk1 focus tdci and im not sure whether its better to replace with polybushes from the usa and il need to buy bolts as well or to get this?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FOCUS-MK1-...s&hash=item257

If i do get these will it be quite hard to get the trailing arm bush(one with the pin through it that bolts to underside of body) done?

cheers

there is a laser tool to do that bush cost £130 though, never tried doing to without the tool but if you are poly bushing it you can just burn them out, the poly bush for the trailing arm comes without the pin so you can press them in without the tool then insert the old pin from the burnt bush (never tried it myself just read about it on the web)
