Oval exhaust tube

I want to lower my car more.
Does anyone know where I can get 3" oval exhaust tubing and Bends?

buy normal 3inch tube and tediously over tighten it all in a vice to make it consistently oval

Google does a translating thingy. If you search Foreign things the results offer a translation. It's not perfect but you can make everything out

I have found a place in America that I can get oval tubes and bends but was hoping to find somewhere in the uk to get them.
Squashing or tightening in a vice doesn't work when you get to bends.
