fiesta st150 tuning advice please. what gains??
had myself my lovely little fiesta st for 7/8 months now and love it it to bits....think it could be doing with a little more grunt tho
I'm on a bit of a budget so the £1500 mountune 165 package but seems a little expensive for extra 15bhp tbh. since most remap companies quote between 10-12bhp just on a remap alone.
already have a K&N 57i fitted and was looking at a cat back and flexi downpipe (probably miltek) then getting a remap from somewhere like angel tuning. Any one any idea what kind of BHP and LB ft it should be pushing after these modifications ?
also anyone had any history with sportex cat back systems ? seem very cheap for what you get but not sure if there just cheap crap :/
any replies would be appreciated. thanks

Remapps are a waste of time up till after mods like
Full miltek and miltek manifold
Induction kit
I had 2 fiestas and one had up rated flexy pipe, and induction kit and it revved better than my other which had the pumaspeed 182 kit
Go for a full system and manifold with 57i and then save for a proper remap rather than a plug in type mapp
Somewhere like jamsport would be good
And to get everything cheaper why not buy the bits second hand, off ebay and st owners clubs

thanks for reply.
i would not get a remap until iv done other mods. my mate is selling his miltek flexi/cat back combo cheap so i was going to get that from him and a remap after that.
cant really afford the manifold at the moment so what gains does anyone recon for the flexi/cat back/remap ?
