Default Cosworth valve stem seals fitting?

Any advice on fitting valve stem seals on a yb? Had a quick go earlier and found the seal very hard to fit over the guide. How have u done them?

I did mine using a small socket , one that sits over the top part and down onto the middle of it, and then gently tap in on, make sure you put a bit of oil on the guide and the seal first.

May sound obvious, but make sure you're fitting them to the right side. i'm fairly sure you'd know if you weren't though.

STOOOOOOOP!!!!
fair play for having a go but be careful. You should really use a valve sleeve to stop scuffing the inside of the stem seal as you drive it down. The ridges that house the collets can cause this and make the whole job a waste of time and money.
Oh and yes a socket is the best way to do this. Allowing the top of the valve to poke out of the socket hole as you push down.
