Zetec turbo
Hey guys building another zetec turbo ...as its been such a long time from my last one i thought i would ask some input please.
engine spec:
black top 2l
86mm Je pistons
eagle rods
heavy duty mains
arp stud kit
arp rod bolts
focus rs head gasket
custom manifold exh (in house)
custom inlet (in house)
new oil pump std
044 fuel pump
injectors 803s ?
ms2 v3 ecu
wideband
egt monitor
turbo (of choice)
looking for a safe 350 ish ....
any input more than welcome

Sounds good to me, i'd probably go for something a bit more modern on the injectors though. Focus RS head gasket is just a normal zetec one really. the st170 had a thicker one, there was another from ford that was even thicker, but it's on back order
Shouldn't really need to do alot to the engine tuning-wise to make your 350bhp. I'd probably give the valves a second angle and thinner seat, as well as open the throats of the valve seats out a little, but thats just me
