Default Focus RS2 Problems overseas

Hi all ive got a question and i hope you all can help.
Iam asking behave a friend of mine ,who lives in belgium
Hes got problems.. after having done the mountune 375 hp kit on his car ,after a while the problems began.

During driving the car ,the engine stops there is No response to the throttle, nothing happens ,the enigne still runs ,but the is No response to him pushing down the pedal, all the meters /dials /dash stop doing what they supose to do,and quit working.
the computer has been send to mountune and checked , they said that there was nothing wrong with it,and send it back to him.
Because the upgrade was the last thing that have been done to the car ..we tought ,that thats were the problem lies.
We cant come to the UK too check it out....because of the engine stopping suddenly .
And over here ,at the ford dealer in belgium they dont know nothing.
I hope you all can help Us ,thanks for al the responses you will give.

Greetz ...from belgium and holland.
