I wonder if anyone can help? I purchased some escort gti seats for my mk6 finesse x reg. The seats are the ones with the electronic height adjusters. I removed the original seats and found that there was a black female socket that was unused? It was attached to the yellow socket that was plugged into the original seats. The gti seats had 2 plugs one that was yellow, that I plugged into the yellow socket, and one that was black, which I plugged into the black socket that was previously un used by the original seats. I assumed as it wasn't being used by the original seats it was the socket for the height adjuster.

Once the seats were fitted and both plugs plugged in I started the car and nothing happened when I pressed the adjuster buttons.

At a guess I would assume there is no fuse for the black socket and I should get a multi meter on it? I was just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and could best advise.
