Default Removing cossie rear arm bushes

I'm planning on getting my rear beam and arms coated which obviously means removing the bushes, can it be done with the cheaper ratchet/lever 2ton type presses or would I be best getting someone with a hydraulic press to do it?!

Reason being someone I know has the bench top ratchet type but no point using it if its not gonna be man enough!!

Thanks

Tony
