Granada mk2 cosworth swop???
Hi Lads,
Any of you out there fitted a b.o.a. cosworth engine into a
2.8i ghia x 5 speed granada mk2???? just wondered how straight forward
it would be and what,s involved. Any information on the wireing and what
vac pipes e.t.c need to be used off the mk3 granada would be most appreciated, or am i looking at a job with loads of hassle???,i have both
the mk2 and mk3 cars. any info would be helpful

engine fits fine, use the mk2 engine arms. the only vac pipes will be for the servo iirc. the mk2 uses a type 9 gearbox which wont take the torque from the boa so you really need mt75 hybrid. there is a forum for granada with a detailed guide to fitting a 2.9 12v, not a lot different to 24v.
