Default Fiesta RS1800 Electrical Problem Help

Good afternoon I have a Fiesta RS1800 June 1992 and have had electrical problems and the problem is that the car reaches normal temperature when the car goes down or the Fuel Pump stops working, already changed the pump, Relay has also been changed but the problem still do not know what goes thanked some help from you.
*** Is there a sensor that may conflict and cause the pump does not work?
*** Another problem is the water temperature sensor when I turn the ignition the pointer goes right into the middle of the indicator and changed the sensor and the problem remains to some of you guys would appreciate this has happened even help from you've been to a few mechanics and can not solve the problem or do not want to bother with the car ....

I'll see the mass of the car because the car switch so happens when it's hot or when it reaches normal operating temperature.

The only problem that remains is the temperature sensor ...
