Default Shell Preperation sandblasting or soda blasting?

I know this has probably been covered on here before but i am now at the stage of getting my MK 2 Escort shell stripped from the old paint and rust etc. Alls im wanting to know is what is the best way either sandblasting or soda blasting? as these are my options, I read about soda blasting in fastford and seem to me to be the better option as iv been told sandblasting can destort the metal/panels on the shell or any thin metal ect. also there is acid dipping but this is abit out of my budget for shell prep.

Any of your North west lads no anyone who will do this for? Around the Preston area?

Cheers scott
