Car Tax
My car is currently sornd at the moment and i was looking at doing a deal with a guy for another car. But i need to get the car taxed so i can meet the boy with it but the car is currently not insured and not willing to as cant really afford to just now, so the boy mentioned something about if i knew some1 with a traders policy they can tax the car for me without it being insured? is the correct? or is the only way for me to tax is to insure it?
