Sounds like a problem with one of the micro switches in the central locking mechanisms on the door latch's.
Best way to find which one is to disconnect them one at a time until the fault stops. |

What he said^^, can also be caused by binding linkages that don't throw when they should so one lock is unlocked the other one says no I'm locked so they fight it out!!

Think it's more likely a central locking ECU problem which these are renowned for.
