You need to do the shocks, as well for best benefit, but I would get tracking checked if feeling floaty.

get front and rear tracking done the rear lower arms have off set washers to adjust it, if you took them out and there back in differnet places could put your rear tracking well out

You didn't undo the bolts that fix the rear trailing arm to the rear subframe did you? If so that will have knocked out the alignment of the rear wheels. Get it on a proper 4 wheel laser aligner and see what happens!

Those are the ones that you shouldn't undo! Pretty sure they adjust the camber, think they call them wobble bolts or something like that, basically turn them a bit and the camber changes. Best get it in for proper alignment!

Most likely tracking on front. It should always be checked after dismantling the suspension.

The inner bolts of the lower spring arms of the rear suspension are eccentric, as Rich170 says. Ford say they are to adjust the toe, but due to the design of the SLA suspension it slightly changes camber as well.

wobble bolts.... i like that...lol

They are indeed for the Toe the camber is fixed but you might find you will get some leeway if you loosen all the bolts. You need to make sure the eccentric bolts that bolt the bottom arms to the rear beam isn't seized in to the bush in the arm

But you will need to get it the alignment set again 4 wheel alignment is best

If camber is still not within the spec you will need these

cheap way

My vote goes for the rear toe-in being all over the place.
