Wiring diagram for saf cossie needed?

My fuse box has melted an iv been told that i can make a stand alone loom, with two 30amp relys an a 40 amp fuse each rely controling each fan. Can any 1 help so i dont boil up

It's very basic wiring and has been covered many many times on pf, just do a search.
As you've discovered it is a chronic weak point on the cossie, at least you found out before a blown gasket!!

As said common issue as is the fuel pump wiring, you need to rewire direct from battery. Basically the looms were substandard to start with and now with age are worse and can not cope with the power demand the components need, the fan one melts from the fans staying on for to long and melting the fuse/relay. Do a search and theres diagrams etc showing exactly what to do.
