As anything other than a very temporary repair just replace it.

Kalimex K Seal, unlike all the others it contains silicone, although intended as a temp cure, I personally know cars that have had it in for over 5 years still not leaked a drop, despite having anti freeze changes.
Have also used it on a nissan 4wd with a cracked(frozen) block over 10 years ago still water tight.
I used it myself when my HG went shortly after getting my car, it bought me time to get the job fixed properly but hadn't leaked a drop in 8 months with it in, after going through one winter.
It also did not block the heater matrix not a bit as it only reacts with air.

Tabetha. Would you recommend K Seal for a 2wd saph. I lose about 500 mls per 400 miles. I suspect that is is being lost through the heater matrix due to the smell in the car usually first thing in the morning when it has been standing overnight or when i move it from a cold setting to hot.

Car loverly and warm these days by the way.

Yes I would use it just until you get time to do a matrix swap, although I've known it last years, I just don't like the thought of relying on it.
I used it as it was winter time and didn't fancy a hg swap at the time, just to buy me some time, but can say for sure it did not block any water ways, there was no trace of it when I took the head off, even though it had worked sealing the blown hg.
