Default Fiesta Mk5 AP Coilover help!

Hi all, I have a set of AP Coilovers on my MK5 Fiesta Zetec-S and was down at my car the other day and went to lower it a bit more. However, after I undid the small screw and tried to turn it using the C Spanner they wouldn't budge. Tried to spray on a small bit of WD40 and let it soak to try and free it but wouldn't turn, They have only done approximately 3k since new so I don't know what the problem could be.

Any help would be great, Thanks Jamie.
