Default MK1 ( 1998 ) Focus - Coil Overs

Ive gone to fit some coil overs to my focus today and managed to get the backs on with out too much of a to do. How ever, when attempting to fit the fronts Ive hit a bit of a problem. 1 it became to dark to see what I was doing and it started to piss down, but before i got to attemping to jack the brake assembly up I noticed that the anti roll bar drop link appears that it may be too long to fit to the connection point.

my question is ( before I get up in the morning to work on the car again in the rain ) has anyone come up against the same issue when fitting coily's ? They arent wound up far at all, in fact I have left them very low down the shock.

I would really appreciate a heads up if anyone else has come up against an issue, would I need some adjustable anti roll bar drop links ?

Cheers

Jon
