mondeo 2.5 ghia x

Hiya, my mondeo warms up as it should, water is flowing correctly round engine, heaters are blowing warm, only trouble is fans aint kickin in to cool engine and its overheating?? any ideas??

First check fuse for the fans,
next thing to do is to bridge the fan switch terminals, or if ecu controlled disconnect the ecu temp sender whilst engine is running, this will put the fans on.
If bridging the switch works then new switch will sort it, if ecu controlled and they work when disconected from the ecu temp sender then new temp sender, make sure it is the ecu one one and not the gauge one.
