The charging system can not be ok if the batterys been drained in two weeks, how often is the car in use? Have you checked to see if the battery is charging?

Alternators can drain battery power, when faulty and then correct themselves till they feel like it again.
Just because it's new and or charging perfectly does NOT rule it out, a simple test is put a bulb between a battery lead and the battery post and see if it glows as this tells you current is flowing through it, then disconnect the charge wire from the alternator marked B or B+, the see if glowing stops.
