well the "efi" inlet from a rs1800 mk3 fez (1.8 zetec) will bolt directley on the rover item needs an inlet adaptor. or you can alie weld a flandge onto the rover item as i have done

What injectors would you use with the EFI manifold? Aren't you restricted in that they are side feed?
Rover isn't to bad, but its a fair amount of work with adaption each 'end'.
Depending on what engine bay its going into, but the FRS didn't do too badly just using the '98-03 plastic inlet manifold.
