differences between Endura and Kent heads?

Hi all ,are there many differneces in the Endura and Kent Crossflow heads , cams and ancillaries?

The endura if the 1300cc version is a different engine, being based on the valencia.
Although identical looking to the kent, they are dimensionally different, cams and heads don't fit, few parts do.
