Default 4x4 exhaust manifold or 2wd ??

hi,
basically im pissed off with with my 2wd turbo manifold as the bolts keep coming loose (the 4 x m8's) despite several attempts to secure it, iv tried lock tight, spring washers, stud and nuts with spring washers.. just about every thing, its got a turbo damper too. its melted my wiring loom now and so my sollution starts here.
any sujestions??
can i just put the 4x4 one directly in place? i heard these dont flow as good tho and my bhp is over 400 with 2 bar boost. would the 4x4 manifold cope with this?
any sujestions is greatly appreciated,

4wd will fit, but starts to be a limit around 400, compared with 2wd, though it will boost earlier with 4wd one.
There is no logical reason why the nuts should come undone.
Try making your own K nuts, only need a vice, takes minutes and works perfectly.

Sorry missed the bolts reference.
K nuts easy to do by squeezing std SS nuts in a vice until tight on the stud/bolt, never bought any yet.

me and my brother have always had this problem, i can only assume its common with these manifolds. i think im going to try 1 last time but with stainless bolts and locking washers (bendy tabs) if this dousent work im gonna weld it.
can it be migged? as its cast isnt it?
cheers for all your info

Use the correct inconel bolts, the manifold can be welded no problem.
Arc/mma would be best using a cast rod.
