Do you want to turn down the boost?

That's the only thing you can do.
You CANNOT turn the boost up, without the risk of blowing up your engine.

Because the chip you use in the car is not mapped for a higher boost pressure. The limit in this chip isn't there for nothing.
If you want more boost, get it remapped.

Some boostcontrollers gives better/faster spoolup. But either way, get the car remapped together with the BC

ONLY if you have it remapped at the maximum boost you want to drive.

But personally I refuse to remap such a car. The danger of the customer turning the boost too high is always present.
I only map cars were I can control the boost from the software.
