How can I tell if the OZ wheels I have really are magnesium?

thw weight, if you have alloy to compare with the mags will be much lighter

mags are normally very light.
some magnesium sparks when its ground or milled unlike aluminium.

i helped service a fiesta ST rally car a few times a litlle while ago and couldnt believe how heavy the mags were!! they aint light by any means!

They will also have "mg" stamped on them and look like these.........

Thanks - I'm sure they don't have Mg stamped on them although they do look the same as those ones otherwise except that they are 8x15 and have Ford Motorsport on them.
