Default Rs turbo series 2 headlights

whatever i do i cannot get my headlights to work. ive changed bulbs switches and relays checked voltage. getting really fooked off now? any help would be great? cheers

Check the earth is ok at the actual lights, run another temp one if possible.
I assume you are checking with a multi meter ?, although you can read perfect voltage it can still be wrong, ie a bad connection will show 12v as it is not under any significant load from a multi meter, but try drawing 5-10 amps and it is a different matter.
I would look at the headlight relay, and bridge the battery input to the lights output to see what happens, if it then works you know it is either a(nother) duff relay, or a feed problem to the relay, so next feed it manually and see if it switches ok.
