Default Injectors have no power Help please

I've got a problem with my cosworth I'm not getting enough power to my injectors. The plugs are reading 0.1v whilst cranking. The injector relay clicks on ignition,so it has power. fuel pump primes.etc
I'm running a 2wd engine loom and a L6 ecu with a chip

try

www.bigturbo.co.uk for the wiring diagrams it may help a little

I'd change the relay and fuse and check voltage at the ecu

This is not an earth problem, at the injectors when ignition is on you should have on 1 terminal(each injector) 12V LIVE, permanently, the earth at each is pulsed as needed by ecu, so see if they are getting pulsed or it it's the 12v dissapeared, if so temporarily reinstate it then try.
