its not 2.1 it will be more like 2048cc
only certian xe pistons are forged better to use c20let pistons IMO
l8 if i rember uses a hall type sensor in the distributer no zetec comes with a distributer so might be hard to fit

If there xe they r n/a pistons used in gsi astras,20let r like calibra turbo so are forged low comp for turbo application, you could prob machine the xe piston but i wouldnt run massive boost through it,tbh you only need forged pistons in these engines on std rods to do your required power, ecu think you can run greens on fezzie management, need a re-map tho

Early forged C20XE pistons for ZVH and C20LET pistons for Zetec Turbo as they have different compression ratios. C20XE pistons in a Zetec Turbo give a higher compression ratio. CVH head has larger combustion chamers etc which lowers the Compression raito so the C20XE pistons are ok in a ZVH

I have a lightened and balanced bottom end, PEC pistons and rods, Stage 3 T3, standard head and cams, Emerald K3 ECU and Pulsar inlet.

Mine seems very healthy giving 270bhp and 330nm at just 9psi.
