Zetec and Fiesta Turbo Throttle Position Sensors Help Please
Hi All,
I have a fiesta rs turbo, which has recently had a zetec turbo conversion, with the following inlet setup (Just for running in)
Mondeo 2000cc Engine
Mondeo Throttle Body And TPS
Zetec 1800cc Inlet
Fiesta OFAC Loom
Zetec ISCV
After a recent trip to MSD it turns out my TPS is open circuit, which could be down to two things i imagine.....
Knackered Mondeo TPS that is compatible with the OFAC loom
or
Ok Mondeo TPS that is incompatible with the OFAC loom
Does anyone know of the differences between the two TPS's, or how you test them to compare the results? The FRST tps cannot be physically fitted to the Mondeo throttle body, the throttle rod is a different fitting and the holes are the wrong diameter and spacing.
