Default Cosworth no spark

4x4 cosworth recently had an overhaul been put back together and no spark. Is there a way of testing the crank sensor and what reading should i be getting on the meter?

Check resistance between hairbrush pins 3 and 4 between 300 and 1200 ohms.

Check AC voltage on hairbrush pins 3 and 4 while cranking engine - should be at least 2V.

although I'm now running wasted spark - I had none until I plugged the phase sensor back in - might be an idea to check this - I believe it can connect both ways so it might be plugged in wrong.
