shorter zetec serpentine belt, where from?

i need a shorter ancillary drive belt for my 2.0l blacktop zetec, after i removed the aircon and power steering pumps

anyone know where i can get one, needs to be around 54"

Most motor factors can get Gates belts in at different lengths - give them a bell and see what they can offer
