Default Battery Drain

Just checked my battery for a drain and its reading between 0.09 and 0.10, is this too high? Reason i have done this is because the battery keeps dropping too low to start the car, alt is working properly at 13.8v when engine running.

No mate that's low. Probably a dodgy cell in the battery.
