Focus St170 Power Loss After 4000 Revs

Hi all,

im new to this site but really need some help.

I have a focus st170 2003 , i have started to have some problems with it over the last month were i lose most of the power after 4000 revs , some times 3000.

I took the car to fords and had them do tests on the car , but they came back with nothing. The guy at ford said the only thing he could think was there was less than 3psi in the fuel system.

About 3 months ago i had a bump in the car, it needed a new rear bumper and front , front drivers wing and rear drivers wing. Right after the bump i was still able to drive the car home , when i got on the motorway i found that when i took the car upto about 60-70 i was lossing power and also it was asif the car was trying to stall.

When i got the car back from repair is was fine for about a month , and now its doing it again.

I could really do with your help here because if theres apart thats damaged on the car from the crash, the insurance will pay the bill and get it sorted.

Please Please Please try and help me on this one.
