I bought a power bleeder to do my brakes from halfords,no fucking around getting somebody to pump the pedal, just hook it up on to the fluid res, and unlock which ever caliper nipple you want, then plug it into a tyre and it pushes the fluid with no airbubbles, then on to the next one and so on,then i go round again just to make sure, job done all by myself lol
oh and i started with the caliper furthest away first

Cossies have special procedure. You need to be bleeding rears with ignition on.

ok chap here we go .......................

to do the rears really it best to have 3 people as it pumps the fluid bloody quick lol

put brake fluid in turn ignition on wait for the abs pump to finish priming itself then start on the n/s/r caliper(furthest away from the master cylinder!)get a milk bottle or something similar get a rubber pipe undo the nipple connect pipe with a ring spanner still on the nipple get someone to press the brake pedal and hold it down fluid will be pushed out f in quick!another person to keep the fluid topped up!when no air is seen going into the milk bottle do up nipple repeat on the o/s/r(dont hold the brake pedal down the more then 10 secs pump will over heat if air is still coming out after ten secs close nipple release pressure from brake pedal allow pump to stop priming itself and give it a minute to cool down then repeat till air out!)

fronts u dont need ignition on just bleed the normal way chap

All I do is cut the abs pump power by pulling the connector from the motor, pos 1 on ignition to open abs valve block, then use me eezi bleed, I am lazy so do the nearest as it's not so far to walk ha ha, works for me no problem, perfect pedal everytime.

just put a power bleeder on the reservoir then go n.s.r o.s.r n.s.f o.s.f untill there is no air bubbles left in the system takes about 20mins if that u will need about 4L if your doing the system from empty and i do it with the ignition on so the abs pump accumulator is pressureized never let me down!. But if u dont have a power bleeder then a mate on the pedal is just as good

Test drove and they seem fine, would benefit from a new set of pads but apart from that they're fine
