Worth about 50 bhp per lap minimum.Make sure you stiffen your suspension though!!

Mine were worth about 10-15 secs a lap round Donnington last time out.

So much confidence with the slicks on, it's untrue.......

Shows up the flaws in the rest of the car though

Well worth it - but only if its dry

FFS don't try them in the wet, you will be taking the car home in a box

Hi Roosie

I have replyed on my post .....if you want to use some on 1/4 you would be better off with the wets as they are soft compound grip striaght away .....the full slick won't be any good on the 1/4 as you would have to warm them up or do a burn out for about 4 mins

Could always try http://www.mardi-gras.co.uk.I bought some rather nice Dunlop Sports (full slicks) used for Ł25 each.These were suited to a 7x 15 rim.As for life-span ask me in about 8 trackdays time.........I may have worn them out by then
If you are sympathetic towards your car they will last very well.Equally I do know of people who have trashed these pretty quickly at airfield days.

Sorry about the duff link.They should be happy to sell you the tyres by mail order or pop down to Silverstone and pick some up.
They go through 15" tyres like crazy and are quite happy to sell them on.
Ask for Stuart if you get the chance.
