If that Sapphire was ready to run I would be there. Just checked it out they are not going as fast as we were in 2005

Exactly. Buy so-called quick car, push pedal down.

You mean the sort of twats that put there car on the line at a Topspeed event. Lets talk about all the big talk Ford boys that don't do that only a handful of Fords that have ever pulled 184 mph in 1.3miles however much bhp they claim on here. Have you built a car to go fast if so why were you not there. Doubt many of those cars were standard anyway you need well over 500bhp to pull into the 180's in 1.3miles. The winning speed last week was 205mph near 800bhp needed to do that in 1.3 miles that's some standard Supra. Don't knock things you know absolutely nothing about. Its another discipline like track, 1/4mile the difference is these cars are at 100% wot for 30secs + far more of a test for the engine than any other of the disciplines.

Only 7/8 RS's have ever run 185mph. Don't knock something you know nothing about. If you are running those speed you have a fast car. Until you try running against these guys you will not know how slow your Ford is.
