Evening all just a quick question - is there camping available for general public at this years central day at Santa pod ?
Never been to central day before - but me & my uncle wanting to come down on the Saturday and camp Saturday night in a motorhome ready and fresh for the show on Sunday .
I realised after I typed that mate ! couldn't get the Santa pod website to load before . Just getn on there now , and looks like it will be fine to camp - wasn't sure if you had to be a member of RSOC or something :/
Spent the weekend there for classic ford - was awesome ! But as you said ..... Wasn't very fresh
There is a quiet family camping area. Unfortunatley I have a habbit of going balls deep and giving it everything lol. Worst one I remember was the first ever madded nationals at stratford upon avon. I was in the rave tents and strip clubs till about 6 then up at half 7 getting my 325i ready for the sunday. Been on it sice I got there about 15 30 the previous day

Top man ! gotta make a proper weekend of it
Tbh , I think we were in the quiet area for classic ford .... It was nice and relaxed !
Hopefully similar this year are you taking that lovely 3-dr ? Looks great
Yea was not the best but not much time to wait for strip though
Thats the point really as the show itself has no trade and very little in the way of entertainment so i have given up on all rs shows now as even national day was wank last 2 years too
The problem is central have contact with traders but santa pod control how much they charge to have a pitch, this year central have been offering deals to help traders to come so hoping for more. Central have been working hard behind the scene trying to get abut more variation this year and have also opened the gates to all car enthusiast to try and give everyone a good day

Funny how central group are doing exactly what 1-pd tried doing 2 years ago to boost numbers and then they and the rsoc slaughtered steve for it, now they have copied him to the letter so are a bunch of 2faced backstabbers
I can't comment on what may have been said two years ago as I don't no what went on, all I do no is that there has been a few negative comments and central have took that on board and want the show to move forward. Ive said before central show being the first major show of the season could have huge potential. I've read before complaints of it being cold and lack of strip action, things like that is out of central's hands unfortunately
