Also if any of you are bringing any children under the age of 15 you MUST let me know asap as they will need a entry ticket
where we will be located is right next to the Wellington straight (hard standing) near the track, very few clubs will be at this event Im told so we are definately one of the lucky ones

Had news last night that all the car clubs attending this event were to be placed on the gravel in the dreaded B17 plots, no one wants that location when its ford fair / trax , so I have asked silverstone not to locate us there and they have accepted my request so we will be relocated to another hard standing position away from the other clubs TBA, strange thing is no other events organiser objected except me, so we shall see who is laughing come show day

ALL tickets and special infield car club passes have now arrived, I will post out ALL tickets on Tuesday 25th Sept, do not lose the special windscreen security pass or your car will not be admitted to the stand as security on proper racing days is mega strict and nowhere near as slack as at normal car shows

You must be on the stand by 9AM at the latest.
Please read the following information from the organisers at Silverstone as security is very tight nothing like ford fair as they are strict
A plan of the Car Club areas are attached for your reference. Please take a look at the plans and cascade to your members as there are two different areas in use for Clubs at this event.
To gain access to Woodcote please proceed to the main entrance, Gate 19, displaying your internal vehicle pass, then turn immediately left before the metal bridge and follow the ring road round which bears right then take a right after the first toilet block and onto the Woodcote area. The areas will be loosely marked passionford and ffoc so please park up and keep cars stationary for the rest of the day as there will be a lot of public coming in and out of Grandstands in this area.
You are permitted to set up a small marquee/pop-up within your area. Please be aware that staking is not permitted in these areas so appropriate weights must be provided to secure your stands; we do not hold concrete blocks or weights on site.
The core trading times in the E-Zone are 9am until 6pm each day and vehicle movement should be avoided during these times. We ask that once parked, the cars remain stationary until you exit the site at the end of the day. Any vehicles found to be moving around the site during these times may have their vehicle passes removed.

I also have new passionford window stickers in stock so I will be bringing them to the event or if you buy them now I can include them with your tickets with no extra postage charge, they are £3 each or 2 for £4 and they are silver reverse cut for internal glass fitment 1" high 7" wide ideal for side windows as shown on Ade500s Cossie but without the watford part
