Berkshire P/ford meet 28th Janaury '04 The Bull at Aborfield
Well its about time something happened round here as theres loads of us about 
I spoke to Stu earlier and his blessed us with the go ahead to start a Berkshire meet.
I'm just waiting to speak to my mate who owns a pub for the venue and then its just a matter of choosing either the first Wednesday of the month or the last
So who's up for it then?

Cheers Cossienuts, theres loads of decent motors round here but no meets. The last ones we had were through the RS bb but they got the hump as it wasnt tallying with their "official" criteria ....If the local RS one were any good we wouldnt need to organise this one

Craig, why do you think I'm trying to organsie it at a pub? Its so you can buy the beers as your probably the richest person in the area I'm always skint 
I still have'nt spoke to him, but where looking at the last Wednesday of the month and it will be in either Wokingham or Reading!

A, Every time you give me directions it 'after the Skinny dog...' or ' turn right after the Bull...'
B, you get Xmas cards from every land lord in Wokingham
C, Your registered business address was The Greyhound, Eversly...
D, Whenever I call you, you are in a pub
E, You allways complain your head hurts from the beers
F, You actually had an account at the Greyhound!
G, Rita tells me she knows exactly where you will be
H, every local pub I have been in 'Nath was here' is written on the bog wall

Sounds good!!! 
I know it aint a pub, but it has drinks and is fairly central - the Madjeski stadium shops! ( theres a mcdonalds, for nice hot chocolates! and a pizza hut for for bloaters!!) and it is literally just off J11 so its reaaaallllllly easy for everyone to find!

Nath will take it as a peronal mission to review every pubs suitability for the venue, its a crappy job but he said he would do it. I wish him all the best and hope he does not get too lost or suffers from 'drinkers elbow' - a painfull variation of tennis elbow.
Naturally he has had some people ask/beg to help with the quest, Eagle offered to sample the food quality, but Nath only has a scooter and L plates so can't take passengers.
Good luck Nath, better get on with it, you ain't getting any younger!

Wern't your fault lov.
Nice been there, done that. Had a 92 big turbo in Malard Green with 18 Diablos on it. Wife could not keep it clean so it had to go.
I got a Stg3 Sapph & most of an ERST

Sorry for the late reply, I'll post the details up here later as I've got to go to work now 
Its the first weekend I've worked this year so far, but if I dont people will be moaning about no xmas bonus, etc, etc Funny how I was the only one willing to work 
The downside to runnng your own company at a guess. Also I had to got visit my Dads grave as well
I'll post all the details up here later when I'm back
