I hope so. Then the front wheels must be set up, the engine also and the car must pass the TÜV (some kind of MOT in Germany, very strict). Most of the car (rust, brakes etc) won't be the problem, but the exhaust is very loud for German law and there are no papers for the use of the Sierra 15" wheels on the Fiesta. I hope they will legalize both and the manifold for my car so that I can visit one or two meetings this year

No. If you want your car road legal in Germany all technical changes to the car (wheels, engine, bumpers, bodykit, exhaust) must be checked by TÜV/Dekra and written into your papers.

To pass the TÜV it would be enough to put the standard system into the car, but if the Police gets me with the not legalized Scorpion I will get big trouble

and what do they check for that, there fitted right and dont rub and stuff?

Wheels that are yet checked can be used. At the moment I can use 5x13, 6x13, 6x14.

Every check costs money.

When you want to fit wheels they look if the diameter is the same so that the speedo still works right, if they don't rub and don't stick out too wide...

A few days ago I fitted the rear spoiler:

and today FINALLY we put the engine back into the car

and today we also put the all new rear brake setup onto the axle. Also with new bearings. Bling-bling

Two friends of mine from Munich and Nürnberg came to visit me and to help me with the front suspension, the front brakes and some other things.

The new front setup, with cleaned calipers, new fluid, new ATE Powerdisk and new red Pagid brake pads. The front suspension with red and yellow paint, my Spax shocks and KAW springs and new PU bushes.

We filled the oil into the gearbox

And put the Scorpion right back into its place

My engine is nearly completed. I just need a few electrical cables and two hoses for the cooling system. And I'll remove the tools before starting it

I had to fix the wiring on the right side. The lights didn't work properly

some of you guys wanted to see detailed pics of my centre console. I'm not very happy with it, especially with the alloy parts round the corners. I'm thinking about making a new one with fibreglass during winter. Audi TT parts will follow too. The layout of the gearknob don't fit, so I'll take the Focus RS one.

I started to make new blue injection lines. My old ones didn't work properly so I hope the material of the new lines will do the trick.

Sometimes we need a smiling face

with the wiper blades and the bonnet catch fitted it nearly looks like a car now

I got one of my RSi rocker covers back a few days ago. Shot blasted with glass balls. Excellent finish! I think it now looks better than they did when they were new!

Today I put the domain stickers onto the rear windows

And I fitted steering angle limiters. Genuine Ford RS. 120 EUR. What a bargain. And how easy to fit!
