No, not anything extreme. Will be something modern/sporty, but not quite so tunable!! LOL.

I'd hate for anything to happen to it now I've made the decision. Besides aot of the bits have buyers lined up, it's not really fair for me to continue using it!! LOL.

I just read every page and I enjoyed every bit of them.
C&B your 1600 Turbo build is a legend. I have an 85 Ford EXP Turbocoupe that I swapped the 1.6 out for a custom built 1.93 liter (1927cc) and a 60 trim T3. I wish I went with better rods but at least I upgraded the bolts to ARPs. Although I am not attempting any high speed records I just love the way the car runs. Like you did, I am aiming for uniqueness too but by utilizing coil-on-plug and sequential fuel injection with the Megasquirt 3 powered ecu called PIMPX. I am hoping that 15 psi won't hurt the stock rods that I had shot peened and MTX III tranny.
Anyway thank you for every minute that you took to post things way back then. Here it is Jan 4 2018 and your thread is still a must read.

I have a feeling the one above may have been from a Nissan, but I might be wrong. I saw the picture and it just triggered a hint of a memory of it at the time.

That mounting flange looks very familiar and I am led to believe that the manifold you're trying to figure out is one from a Mazda Miata. There has been work done to it but I am almost sure it's a Miata manifold. Reason I think this is because here in the states lots of people were using the turbo miata exhaust manifold upside down to make the turbo top mounted. A few holes has to be drilled but the port spacing is similar to the CVHs. Although the intake ports are not the same shape the pitch is similar too.

Similar but don't think it's Mazda miata mate .

I think you're right. The mounting hole pattern is a little different.

It's an aftermarket Mitsubishi Evo inlet, not sure which manufacturer though. Christian probably came across it while working at APT.

Well now, how about that? Evo intake on a CVH. That is just awesome. I know Christian did a lot of work to it but still. Props to the man for his work.
