Default Retro fit ST170 Alarm

I'm fitting an ST170 engine into my Minor using the std intake and ECU, also with the engine and ECU came the transponder and the alarm module.
Would it be feasable to rig up the alarm? - 2 doors, boot and bonnet but I can't imagine I'd be able to fit the central locking - (unless some one knows better?) . I have the interior light with the detectors in - what else would I need to collect if it's possible?

I wouldn't, the gems ecu is a lot of work and a lot of weight.

The engine ecu with pats gives you a good thatcham aproved Immobilizer.

Have you got the engine wiring sorted out yet ?

If not, hope this helps.

Yes I've looked at your threads and have printed them off - thanks for your effort although I've got to sort the bodywork out first - I'm collecting bits as I find them for the build.
The immobilizer is operated by the ignition key then.
I didn't get the ignition switch - just the key and transponder - so do I need a Focus switch - the keys are not cut to suit the ignition switch are they?

In the key there is an rdif chip this needs mounting in a way that the aerial can reach it.

This could be in a key cut to fit your Minor, or other ways.
