Default my st. trinians school limo :) :)

well i have been looking for one of these for a long time, kept missing them, but this came up at the right price i wasn't going to miss this one, its about as big as i can go and hopefully still keep it under 3500kg, will be uk registered as a people carrier not a bus/coach, so no more than 9 seats including the driver, its going to take some trickery to get it under weight but i hope its possible, its going to be done into a hot rod limo, in a st. trinians theme, for use for hen parties, the engine i want to use is a supercharged ford lightning 5.4 v8, but if weight is an issue it might just have to get a rover V8 (but i hate them so i hope it doesn't come to that), it will have seating for 8 girls and a nice pole for them to pole dance, thinking of making the rear door open like a private jet so it turns into steps for when the door is on the wrong side to be safe, interior design is still going though my head, and any input would be good, its going to take a while to do, not shipping it to the uk till next year, front and rear axles will be changed to maybe transit or something easier to get parts for in the UK,

Cool project. Surely it will cost a fortune to get something like that shipped over here tho?

i work in america truck driving 8 months of the year at the moment, and ship classic vehicles in containers at the end of each 8 month work visa, this won't fit in a container, or at least i don't think it will, haven't measured it yet, but it can be shipped deck freight or roro, at a guess it will cost about £2k to ship, so not to bad, i will haul it to the port myself to save money, going deck cargo i can't fill it with spares, but the containers of other vehicles will get plenty of spare in them
