How do you disconect this fuel pipe???

2 very small screwdrivers or the correct tool
look where the metal pipe goes in you will see 2 small holes opposite each other on the plastic surround, push the tool or screwdrivers into there to push the seal back and then pull the joint apart
they can be easy or hard it depends how stuck they are
