Default XR3i sunroof housing
Hubby is doing total restoration on my baby
More rust than expected only we've hit a snag
Does anyone out there know how to remove the sealant around sunroof cassette without damaging roof?

The sunroof cassette is also spot welded on ,i have a rust free one for sale if you need a replacement

Is it spot welded all the way around or just opening

It's spot welded around the opening and the rest of it is bonded.
