Thanks for the kind remarks she was a bit rusty but i think we got it just in time ,i am very happy with the way shes coming out and its great to know theres no rust eating away and she should stay solid for years to come.

Well chuffed got a minty set of wheels, they have been in a guys loft for the last fifteen years ,some bits and bobs ready for paint dont know how many people use it but i got 20 litres of white vinegar and left all the smaller parts steeping for a few days then got the powerwasher at them takes all the rust off just need to get it dryed and primed pretty rapid.

Are the pics you put up of the underside parts just after being treated with the vinegar as you said?? Fell lucky with those wheels, they're mint!

Thanks lads ,the parts are just given a quick rub with a wire wheel after the vinegar is washed off and a coat of etch primer applied , hope to get them primed and painted this week along with the bigger items trailing arms etc which have been blasted and primed.

Fitted a 90 degree plastic pipe joiner onto the sunroof drain pipe and tapped out through the gromet in the pillar hopefully this will stop the sills going rotten in the future.
