Hey guys I'm hoping I could get some help thanks .

Basically I bought a series 2 escort rs turbo 2.0 zvh with efi
One day I went out and it wouldn't start the pervious owner done the conversion and there was a massive clump off wiring behind the engine it basically started to melt disaster no1 . I ended up getting a xr3i efi loom for it , and fitted it looked 10 times neater and thought I'd change the timing belt at the same time, but the car still won't start , it cranks over fine , removed a lead and am not getting a spark , I am getting 12 volts on the black wire to the coil pack . Is there something that I was suppose to take off the disaster loom relays ect thanks?? Thanks
